The end of the football season can be an unwelcome prospect for many a football-loving fan, however, after 380 games of Premier League football alone, the 2014/15 season has sadly come to a close.
To beat the post-season blues, Citroën – Arsenal’s official automotive partner – has created the ‘Football Fan’s Survival Guide’, which suggests a Top 10 list of things to do in the close season.
The feeling of ‘returning home’, that many football fans go through at the end of the season, is brought to life thanks to Citroën teaming up with Arsenal to create a fun music video celebrating the fans, the players and the Citroën car range.
Starring Arsenal Football Club’s Aaron Ramsey, Per Mertesacker and Laurent Koscielny, Citroën and Arsenal have created a music parody of the famous 90’s hit, ‘Return of the Mack’, entitled ‘Return of the Fan’. The tongue-in-cheek two and a half minute music video – http://youtu.be/x7qBEX0E-3g – which features the Citroën C1, C4 Cactus and Grand C4 Picasso, tells the story of Arsenal fans returning home to ‘real life’ following the end of what has been a great season for the club, and sees the Arsenal players transfer their pitch perfect footballing skills to smooth flowing dance moves.
